Job Description

Grace Recruitment Partners is a recruitment firm specializing in the life sciences industry located in Boston, USA. We specialize in connecting top  talent with companies in the life sciences industry- biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical device and industrial manufacturing. Both candidates and clients that we seek are situated in USA. 

We are seeking a motivated and versatile professional to manage both recruitment and marketing activities for our organization. This role involves sourcing candidates for job opportunities, engaging with clients for business acquisition, and promoting the company brand through various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The selected individual will be expected to deliver monthly results as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including candidate sourcing, client acquisition, and marketing metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

    • Identify and reach out to potential candidates for job opportunities based on client job orders.
    • Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
    • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and generate electronic offer letters.
  2. Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for the interview process, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
    • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive experience.
  3. Strategic Recruitment:

    • Develop creative strategies to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles and expand the applicant pool.
    • Attend online industry events and represent the organization at virtual networking and recruiting events.
  4. Status Updates and Reporting:

    • Provide weekly reports on open positions, recruiting activities, and candidate progress to leadership.

Marketing Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition and Brand Promotion:

    • Confidently pitch services to potential clients and build relationships to secure new job orders.
    • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to promote the company's services to clients and candidates.
  2. Digital and Social Media Management:

    • Build connections with candidates and partners using digital marketing tools, including email, text campaigns, and advertising.
    • Manage social media accounts to enhance awareness of company activities and job opportunities.
  3. Employer Branding:

    • Maintain and update the careers section on the company website to reflect current opportunities and promote the employer brand.
    • Use content marketing (flyers, brochures, and posts) to showcase the company’s unique offerings.
  4. Creative Engagement:

    • Think outside the box to find innovative ways to engage both clients and candidates.
    • Use analytics and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recruitment efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

NOTE:

  • This position offers remote work opportunities.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 6 pm - 12 am Nepal Time (6 hours/day)
  • Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.
