Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Proposal Engineer (Methodology / Write-up) to join our proposals and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical write-ups and methodology sections for tenders, proposals, and bids—particularly in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft technical proposal sections (methodology, work plan, staffing, equipment)
Prepare construction schedule (Gantt Chart / Bar Chart)
Coordinate with design, planning, and estimation teams
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and evaluation criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in technical proposal preparation
Excellent English writing skills and ability to interpret tender documents
Familiar with ADB / WB / Government tender formats and practices
Experience using MS Word, Project, Auto CAD preferred
