Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee software development projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to deployment. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Cpanel, WHM), and development tools (Python, React, GitHub, Jira, ClickUp). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, optimize resources, and translate technical challenges into business solutions. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Agile Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create roadmaps, timelines, and milestones using Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies (Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Manage sprint backlogs and user stories.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and dependencies.

• Understand the Software Development Lifecycle (Agile, Scrum).
• Work with Python, React, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity for automation and optimization.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS, Cpanel, WHM, and DNS.
• Oversee version control and DevOps practices using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure secure and scalable application architecture while following basic cybersecurity best practices.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Act as a bridge between engineering teams, management, and clients.
• Provide project updates and reports through Google Meet, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, guidelines, sprint reviews).
• Translate technical challenges into actionable business insights.

Budget & Resource Management

• Estimate project costs and timelines.
• Manage technical resources, cloud services, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality in deployments.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in software development or cloud-based environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Proficiency in software development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will be a plus.
