Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational technical and managerial processes.
Responsible for maintaining the technical and business goals of the company and address any future potential needs.
Responsible for making sure that all staff is working strictly within technical and strategic guidelines of company and operational governance.
Work with various technical staff, including engineers, Marketing and digital strategy team, business development team,and outside clients.
Take full accountability to increase user growth and grow the company.
