Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in providing technical assistance for a range of equipment, especially equipment related to the banking sector. As the go-to expert, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure the seamless operation of our equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience user management and application support to clients
  • Positive, energetic, and self-driven attitude to continually develop technical skills and troubleshoot issues
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written in Nepali and English
  • Capable to troubleshoot issues (Machine related and user level software related)
  • Install and set up equipment, ensuring proper functionality and integration with existing systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Train end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Analyze, install, monitor, and support of application and/or Operating System
  • Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment
  • Evaluate systems and recommend equipment repair
  • Should be highly motivated, self-driven, Hardworking and able to work in team as well as independently 

Required Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent
    • Not less than 3 years of technical hands on experience, supporting and administering applications and systems

    Note: Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in repair and maintenance of various electrical and electronic equipment used in banks and financial institutions.
