Job Description

Responsibilities :

Attending customer call and mobilizing service team according to the requirement
Managing and coordinating all the service related activities
Weekly meeting with team members for the regular update of work, problem faced
Preparing Weekly Reports of regular service works and submitting it to the management
Preparing contract with customer for the servicing of the Machine (AMC/CMC) as per the requirement
Updating the service data for all the analyzers as per the format provided by Manufacturer Company and providing it to manufacturing company
Maintaining the stocks for basic spare parts for all the analyzers with coordination of service team inside and outside valley and distributors
Maintaining proper data with video, photographs and serial numbers for warranty claim and providing timely information to respective department
Filing and addressing the customer complaints and communicating the complaints to the concerned engineer on time
