• Review current systems
• Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposal
• Be technically hands-on (Is expected to code on daily basis).
• Have previous experience of leading teams and will have to lead 4-5 engineers on a complete product.
• Be someone who loves solving technically hard problems.
• Be someone who lives and thrives in chaotic & high energy startup environment.
• Guide and manage other developers that are contributing code to the project
• Plan technical architectures that are scalable and extendable
• Interact with business stakeholders and guide them through technical decisions, suggest and implement best practices, provide time estimates and develop high-quality solutions using Python 2/3 and Django

Note:

• Interested and potential candidates are advised to submit their Projects URL along with application if any.
• If you don’t have any project hosted then you can bring your own local machine to demonstrate the work you have done.
• Alternatively, you can share your GitHub link containing Django specific codes.

Requirements:

• Must have Domain Experience in creating Search Platform and Ad-Serving Platform and analytic.
• Must be adaptive to experimenting with new technologies

Skills:

• Python 2.7 or higher, Django 1.8 or higher
• ORM (Django-ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Server-Side Templating Languages (Jinja, DTL),
• Web servers: Nginx, Apache, uWSGI.
• Others: Celery, Elasticsearch/Solr, Django Rest Framework, Memcache,
• RabbitMQ
