Job Description

  • Operate technical equipment following standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify any changes from expected operation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to resolve problems and improve equipment performance.
  • Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Follow maintenance schedules and perform basic cleaning and inspection duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
  • Provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure reliable service
  • Analyze, install, monitor, and support of application and/or Operating System of the equipment
  • Should be highly motivated, self-driven, hardworking, and able to work in a team as well as independently 

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, and other technical fields
  • At least 1 (one) year of technical hands-on experience, supporting and administering applications and systems. Entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong computer literacy

Note: Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in the repair and maintenance of various electrical and electronic equipment used in banks and financial institutions. Applicant with a two-wheeler license preferred.
