Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 4 years
Other Specification
  • Proficient on AutoCAD, SW-Road, Smart Road and other related software.
  • Experienced in bill preparation for civil engineering projects like Building, Road, Water Supply etc.
  • Excellent Command on Engineering Norms and Rate Analysis
  • Knowledge of Price Escalation and variations
  • Knowledge of Quantity Survey
  • Excellent Communication skill and able to work independently

Job Description

  • Verify IPC bill of the multiple projects
  • Verify bill of subcontractor/petty contractor bills for multiple projects
  • Find out the variations of Materials, Manpower and for any items of work within in BOQ
  • Co-ordinate multiple projects to track progress and report to management
  • Prepare monthly report (Technical Audit Report) for multiple projects
