Level: Assistant

Educational Qualification & Experience: At least 10+2 (with technical expertise with related experience)

Job Summary:

The IT Assistant oversees all the activities related to trouble shooting of computers and electronic devices, should have a skill of photography and graphics needs of organization.

Specific Tasks:

• Take photographs of events, activities and programs of organization and its projects or partnership events
• Make field visits to take pictures of organization and/or its projects and partner organizations
• Maintain digital library/archive of photographs/videos and create an accessible environment for organization's digital customers
• Use different technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and specialist software to produce beautiful photographs
• Do the needful for generating revenue for organizational sustainability from the growing library of pictures/videos
• Provide needful support to graphic designing requirements of the organization like preparing program banners, brochures and other publications
• Support the department to hire videographers/photographers as per the need of the organization. Prepare contract for them and recommend remunerations for them
• Provide computer software and hardware support to the organization like troubleshooting of office computers, networking, installing/removing programs, set up email accounts, among others
• Extend necessary help in maintaining database of organization member agencies
• Make necessary suggestions to make activities of Marketing & Communications Department more effective
