  • A minimum of a 15 months JTA course, plus one year of working experience in a related field 
  • Preference will be given to candidate with 3 years JTA course
  • Excellent in social mobilization skill
  • Ability  and willingness to travel extensively and live in rural areas
  • Good understanding and sensitivity for poverty, social and ethnic issues and willingness to work flexible schedules

Job Description

  • To serve as the Technical Assistant in Kathmandu/Lamjung for Slisha WAWCAS  in accordance  to WAWCAS objectives, policies and procedures
  • Train, supervise and coordinate WAWCAS groups to develop and maintain accountability in the program
  • As a member of WAWCAS team, this position will closely work with Project Leader Farming, TLs and LPLs,   and interact with  PM, FO and PD to promote consistency throughout the program
