Job Description

Department: Customer Support Department.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Tech Support Representative  for our IPTV services. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our hospitality clients (primarily hotels). This is a dynamic position that combines sales, customer service, and hands-on technical tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Installation: 

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot IPTV hardware (Set-Top Boxes, HATV systems) in hotel premises. 
  • Assess the compatibility of existing hotel infrastructure (network, TV systems) before installation. 
  • Provide basic technical support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of IPTV services. 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor service quality and address any concerns. 

Reporting & Coordination:

  •  Submit daily reports to the head office on activities, installations, and customer feedback. 
  • Submit report to HR department in monthly basis. 
  • Maintain records of client interactions, service requests, and sales progress. 
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 

Stock & Inventory management: 

  • Report on the stock and inventory of the local stakeholders
