• Minimum 20 years professional experience in which 15 years should be in road sector works
  
• Experience in 5 highway projects of value US$ 3 million each.
  
• Should have served 10 years as Team Leader-Design in highway projects.
  
• Graduate in Civil Engineering. Preferred Master’s degree in Transport / Highway / Construction Management 

Requirements of Expertise:

• Must have international work experience in similar geographical regions
