Job Description

Brightland School at Nepalgunj 10, requires professionally competent teachers, having minimum 3 years of experience with masters degree in relevent subject as following;

Managing classroom behavior and promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Assessing and grading student work and providing meaningful feedback to support learning and growth.
Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student motivation and participation.
Maintaining accurate student records and reporting progress to parents, administrators, and other stakeholders.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and community organizations to support student success.
Participating in professional development activities and staying up-to-date with changes in education policies and best practices.
