Requirements:

M.A. / M.Ed. in Major English
More than or equals to 3 years

Responsibilities:

Plan, design and develop session plans
Advise students on academic and vocational curriculum.
Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues
Evaluate and grade student's class work, laboratory work, assignments, and papers
Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records
Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions
