Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Grade Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidates should be passionate about teaching, committed to student development, and capable of creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective lessons according to the school curriculum.
Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment for students.
Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Participate in school meetings, trainings, and academic activities.
Assist in organizing school programs, events, and extracurricular activities.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject (B.Ed. preferred).
Prior teaching experience in a related grade level is preferred.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and working with young learners.
Ability to use modern teaching methods and basic computer skills.
