Job Specification:

• Compassionate and positive attitude; ans strong understanding of student development
• A minimum 2 years experience in similar institutions with knowledge of variety of effective assessment and evaluation practices
• Bachelors/ Master's degree with sound academic achievements
• Excellent oral and communication skills in both English ans Nepali
• Must demonstrate excellent leadership, team and interpersonal skills
• Excellent counselling and problem solving skills
• Strong ICT skills
