Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our team as Primary and Montessori Teachers. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to early childhood education and possess the skills to create engaging and nurturing learning environments for young children. As a Primary and Montessori Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Observing and assessing students’ progress, and using this information to adjust teaching strategies and activities accordingly.
Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity and coherence in the curriculum.
Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Communicating effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Upholding the school’s values and policies, and serving as a positive role model for students.
Perform other duties as assigned by the school

Qualifications:

Minimum +2 degree for montessori teacher.
Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and educational theories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.

Primary Teachers: 5
Montessori Teachers: 5
