COMPENSATION: We offer an attractive monthly salary during the initial three months of the probationary period. Your compensation after the probationary period will be determined based on the performance throughout the probationary period.

  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns with external or internal tax consultant, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Clean-up/reconcile records and books.
  • Effectively communicate tax-related information to internal stakeholders, external advisors, and regulatory authorities
  • Assist in preparing documentation and provide support during tax audits or reviews.
  • Analyze financial data to identify tax implications and optimize tax strategies in real estate investments.
  • Conduct reconciliations of financial accounts and investigate any discrepancies or variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and tax-related projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to accounting and taxation.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for improving tax-related workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
