Background

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Manager to lead our human resources and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the company's growth and success. The Talent Manager will play a key role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and implementing effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure a high standard of hires.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Employee Development and Retention:

  • Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Identify and address employee concerns, providing effective solutions.

HR Strategy and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
  • Computer operation skills, such as email, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willing to learn and improve. Values open and transparent communication. Great customer service attitude.
  • Takes initiative to problem solve, provide feedback, and continuously improve
  • Self-starter and team player
