Job Description

  • Developing appropriate learning interventions and course content for training programs
  • Evaluate & Identify training needs to meet Organization Objective
  • Delivering and developing learning activities that cover a variety of skills and knowledge areas
  • Integrate newly revitalized training program to meet coke standard and monitor the progression designed to maximize employee response, performance and knowledge
  • Developing short term & long term training schedule utilizing a database scheduling & tracking progress of participants to ensure that the learning objectives are being met while checking for compliance & completion of all requirements for assigned personnel
  • Develop and update Training SOPs
  • ROI assessments of training interventions to ensure suitable quality and delivery & value impact to operators
  • Managing the budget and related administration
  • Creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance & maximize employee engagement
  • Experience as a change manager with a focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures
