Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Ensure the hotel is a Great Place to Work
Drive Operational excellence by applying data analytics and metrics
Ensure superior Employer Branding for the Hotel to attract Best Talent
Drive & support Learning and Development Opportunities aligned to Business Needs
Sustain business continuity by ensuring proactive succession planning for critical roles
Drive Performance oriented & Engaging Culture through strong Performance Management practices, R&R , Engagement Programmes, Communications platforms etc.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

MBA in HR from a reputed Business school
8-10 years relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least 3 years should be in a similar responsibility level
Re-Branding & Pre-opening Experience would be an added advantage.
Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
Excellent people Management skills to manage a team of highly innovative & creative Professionals.
Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
Process orientation;
Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership and expanding scope of responsibilities.
High on Integrity; is self-motivated; High on energy and passion for the job
Excellent presentation and Communication Skills.
