Job Description 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will attract, source, and hire top talent. You will play a vital role in executing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's objectives, culture, and industry and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline for critical roles and proactively source candidates for future requirements.

Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with other stakeholders.

Interview Process:

  • Assist in preparing interview questions and interview evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates at different stages of the selection process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers following interviews.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand through engaging job postings, online presence, and candidate experience.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Offer Management:

  • Negotiate salary packages and terms of employment when necessary.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate progress.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
