Nebula Mobility Private Limited is an exclusive agency of Gogoro for Nepal. Gogoro is a Taiwanese company that developed a battery-swapping (refueling) platform for urban electric two-wheel scooters, mopeds and motorcycles. The company was founded in 2011 in Taiwan and operates as an OEM (manufacturing and selling scooters) and also as a provider of Battery as a Service solution (BaaS). The BaaS is offered by setting up swap stations across a city and maintaining charged batteries for riders to easily refuel and commute.

Nebula under Gogoro brand sells scooters and operates battery swapping network in Nepal. Charge depleted battery is swapped with adequately charged battery at swap stations (network) in less than 30 seconds. Such network access facility for battery swapping is under subscription plan in line with the driving requirement of scooter, where a scooter owner is required to subscribe the plan from Nebula. Greener initiative at lower operating cost and issue of long time required for battery charging are some of the solutions the concept has introduced.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing human resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requisition requirements across various departments.
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, college recruiting, etc.
  • Conduct screening, interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and fitment.
  • Coordinate interviewing and candidate evaluation process with hiring teams.
  • Extend employment offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and databases with meticulous record keeping.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and tactical plans to identify talent pools and build a robust pipeline.
  • Promote the company's brand and employee value proposition through events, social media, etc.
  • Analyze metrics to evaluate source effectiveness, hiring process efficiency, etc.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, technology, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to partner with all levels.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge on best HR Practices including GESI (gender equality and social inclusion).
  • Knowledge and ability to devise incentive plans, performance appraisal standards and people management.
