Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Other Specification

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Management/Human Resources or the  specialised field or equivalent experience.  

  • Sound knowledge of Employment Law and the ability to learn and follow new  developments.  
  • Understanding of HR processes and Talent acquisition trends.  

Experience: 1-3 years (preferably in a UK-based or other international IT  organisation) in an HR / recruiting capacity.  


Job Description

We are looking for The Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Nepal, handling both  UK and Nepal recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the  complete life cycle of recruiting, including succession planning, employee forecasting,  legal compliance and reporting.  

Report to: HR (Human Resources) Manager  

Responsibilities 

  • Create Job Descriptions, Candidate Sourcing and Screening
  • Advise management on interviewing, hiring and candidate evaluation
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle, including  reporting
  • Develop strategies and guide for future hiring needs 
  • Conduct Talent assessment to identify gaps and opportunities for growth
