Job Description

  • Liaise and coordinate with the hiring manager to identify HR requirements.
  • Prepare hiring forecasts that meet the department’s quarterly and annual hiring needs.
  • Determine selection criteria with proper coordination with team leads and managers.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
  • Work closely with concerned departments to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and reach potential pool of candidates.
  • Represent company internally and externally at events like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Research talent acquisition trends and practices and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Ensure onboarding processes and up-to-date documentation.
  • Regular supervision of team and provide guidance in overall recruitment and selection activities.
