Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders, Hiring Managers and Recruiting Ops Lead
  • Conduct intake meetings with relevant stakeholders, understand business needs and create recruitment strategy
  • Manage the assigned roles at any given time, take complete ownership and accountability of the roles & be responsible for the closure
  • Drive efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition processes
  • Responsible for outbound and proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
  • Effectively manage priorities of open requisitions
  • Develop and maintain relationship with HMs and Business Leaders
  • Support medium size projects which might be related to Talent Pool Creation
  • Screen and interview candidates and pass candidates to Talent Experience partners for next rounds
  • Collaborate with Talent Experience partners to ensure candidates move smoothly throughout the hiring process
  • Represent Fusemachines at all times to external candidates & at external events
  • Participate in projects, identify gaps and bring in process efficiencies
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate and finalize offer
Required skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Results and solution oriented
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and is data-driven
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency with tools, systems and processes
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition
