  • Coordinating with the department heads to determine staffing needs and obtaining approval to open a vacancy for the requirement
  • Drafting accurate and effective job description
  • Communicating with recruiting agency regarding the vacancy
  • Screening resumes and applications
  • Planning the interview schedules
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Onboarding the employee efficiently
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job opening
  • Maintaining timely reports on employment activity
