About the job

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to source and recruit candidates while at the same time partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should have exp with recruiting and possess excellent relationship building skills.

Ultimately, you will ensure to attract and hire high potential employees, build strong employer brand and maintain high internal stakeholders satisfaction aligning to the business needs.

TA Responsibilities:-

Work closely with HMs to understand their hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platform

Assist to develop and implement TA strategies, processes, and programmes for effective recruitment.

Manage the end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, facilitating of interviews with hiring managers, preparation of salary proposal, and offer letters, making job offers as well as facilitating the on-boarding mandates.

Build and maintain talent pipelines by constantly looking and tapping on various source of recruitment channels

Constantly engage with stakeholders to ensure recruitment KPIs are delivered promptly and timely.

Review, design and drive recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that embrace positive candidate experience.

Develop plans and strategy in partnership with delivery to drive engagement with the offshore talents and ensure retention of key personnel.

Provide continuous improvement and sharing regular market related insights on talent attraction and development.

HR Business Partnering Responsibilities:

Work closely with business leaders to provide HR advice, recommending solutions and providing actions plans, aligned to business objectives, including compensation and benefits, talent management, and talent acquisition.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers in analyzing and evaluating key changes required in HR initiatives to have maximum people impact.

Drive performance management system to align business and people needs to achieve a high performing culture.

Managing employee governance and welfare by monitoring compliance to labor laws, across region and ensure adherence.

Serve as the POC for employee concerns, adeptly resolving intricate employee relations issues and addressing grievances.

Oversee HR Ops and ensure excellent employee experience across employee lifecycle.

Drive change management, to ensure organisational effectiveness and highest level of employee productivity and engagement.

Provide regular HR reporting to the business on key people metrics and highlight emerging issues that might impede / challenge talent attraction, development, and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor' Degree in HR, OP or related field.

Min 5- 7 years of experience in similar capacity preferably in IT or related industries.

Understand of local labor legislations in Singapore and India

Excellent interpersonal, networking and problem solving skills
