Job Description

As a support trainee, you’ll be working closely with the technical team to acquire knowledge as well as skills to be a Support Engineer.

  • Learns to identify software problems and advise on the solution with the team
  • Learns to log in and keep records of customer queries
  • Analyzes and understand to spot underlying problems
  • Observes and works with team in field visits.
  • Learns to run test and fixing errors too
