As our user base rapidly expands, we are seeking dedicated support team members to deliver consistently high-quality customer interactions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. As a key player in our team, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional customer support.

Minimum Requirements:

Education Qualification: +2 clear (Higher Secondary or equivalent)

Proficiency in English: Strong written communication skills

Computer Knowledge:

•  Ability to write professional emails
•  Proficiency in using Google Translate (to interact with users globally)
• Attention to Detail: Deliver high-standard work consistently
• Optional: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Position Details:

• Number of Seats: 2
• Working Platform: CRISP and Webmail
• Working Days: Sunday – Friday
• Shift Timings: 5 AM - 11 PM (2 shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound messages and emails professionally.
• Resolve customer inquiries and requests, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal development and management teams to provide prompt and accurate responses.
• Stay updated on the features of all our applications.
• Generate issue tokens for the development team if customers encounter problems.
