Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT team in software installation and configuration.
• Provide technical support to staff and clients by troubleshooting software-related issues.
• Learn and assist in basic database management and data entry tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions provided.
• Collaborate with senior staff to enhance your knowledge of IT support systems and databases.
• Stay up-to-date with new software tools and industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop both technical and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Good communication skills to effectively assist and support users.
• Passionate to learn and develop new skills in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of software and software installation processes.
• Basic knowledge of databases, including how to update and manage data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Educational background or certification in IT or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
