Job Description

For our support engineering team we are looking for outstanding engineers to play a key role in building the next generation SIEM solution. We are looking for technical support engineers who will help support our customer base, both directly and indirectly, and who can work with utmost dedication towards the customers and provide high quality support and feedback in a dynamic and often very hectic working environment. Our new colleagues should be inspired by complex and advanced technology, want to work in a team-oriented environment and be motivated to solve a broad range of challenges.

You will be part of the 50+ Engineering Team which consists of project managers, architects, QA and software engineers collaborating on the different components of the system, so we are actively seeking individuals who can work efficiently on their own, but also take an active role of something bigger and meet expectations from other teams and colleagues. As we are in the security space, quality and stability is essential for our product, so if you know the difference between good quality and world-class quality and take pride in software craftsmanship, we invite you to apply for this position.
