Job Description

Essential Qualifications/Skills and Experience

  • Primary Medical Degree equivalent to MBBS, with at least 2 years’ experience in a clinical role, post MBBS
  • Permanent registration with Nepal Medical Council
  • Must be physically and mentally resilient and prepared to work under pressure for prolonged periods and to challenging deadlines in both office and austere field environments.
  • Must have good IT (MS Office) skills. Must have excellent oral and written English ability to communicate effectively.

Job Responsibilities

This position holder will be responsible primarily in four main areas which includes providing support and direction in the proper functioning of the secondary medical care claim process, supporting the medical camp team in planning and implementing GWT(N) specialist medical camps, managing the headquarters clinic appointments along with providing primary medical care consultations for the HQ staff and also under the direction of deputy medical director lead on developing and implementing GWT’s occupational health service.
