The role of a Supply Chain Planning Executive is to optimize inventory, service, and cost while dealing with volatility. Lead must be the supply chain face for the business category and collaborate with marketing, procurement, technology, and sales teams continuously. He/ She will be leading central supply and network planning and customer service role to bring in efficiencies and manage disruptions. Candidate must work with planning excellence, demand planning, and distribution planning to implement new technologies in planning and customer service. He/she should lead a supply chain strategy to build an agile, efficient, collaborative, and aligned end-to-end network. Provide inspiration to drive cost savings projects. He/ She will be the supply chain point of contact for the customer service team. 

Here is what your day would look like: 

• Collaborate with the Planning and Marketing team to chalk out SC strategy for the category 
• Review production plans to meet demand at optimum service and inventory levels at every depot 
• Manage volatility and bring agile Supply Chain in season and off-season 
• Lead all activation networks to drive projects, marketing activations, and legal compliances 
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure service level and manage crisis situations 
• Leverage digital and AI-based planning tools and develop future models to improve efficiencies 
• Drive system-based Customer Ordering System and localization projects 
• Build and Sustain collaborative/ productive relationships with organizations Customers; 3PLs to drive service levels, costs, efficiencies, process simplification, etc. 
• Determine and optimize the warehouse and transport capacity with the Logistics team
