Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ensure all shop floor activities goes as per defined standard
Manage subordinates' duty schedule and leave plans
Review daily/monthly plan and execute daily/monthly production volume as per plan
Implement company/department initiatives such as Safety, 5S, Hygiene etc
Ensure Top parameters related to production targets are achieved and analysis is done on a monthly basis
Focus on productivity, correct manpower deployment, improvement small projects
Update biometric attendance system and forward to welfare at every month for salary purpose
Ensure SAP system function working without any issue

Reporting to: Assistant Manager- Production

Age: Below 30 years

CTC: Salary as per company rules

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Education:

BE in Mechanical/Industrial

Experience:

2-4 years experience in production/industrial/ mechanical field

Knowledge & Skills:

Sound knowledge of maintenance of plant, utility equipment and MHE equipment
Knowledge in computer applications-Excel, Internet, MS Word
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to handle conflict situations
Ability to supervise workmen category
