We are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic educators to develop and deliver engaging lessons and educational content aligned with curriculum objectives. The successful candidate will be tasked with facilitating interactive learning experiences and cultivating a supportive atmosphere for students to thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans along with the subject heads in alignment with curriculum objectives and educational standards in alignment with mySecondTeacher, our ed-tech platform
• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction and workshops to diverse students based on a new pedagogy set by the school
• Assess the students’ academic and other progress through the platform and provide necessary reports when needed
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments physically and via the mySecondTeacher platform
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and progress
• Act as Personal Academic Advisor (PAA) to oversee students' academic journey through meetings, plans, classroom management, assessments, monitoring, collaboration, trend awareness, and well-being
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment to foster student engagement and participation
• Manage resources to optimize student learning and understanding as and when required
• Collaborate with the team to refine curriculum and participate in professional development and school activities and events
• Supervise students during extracurricular activities, field trips, and other school-related events
• Any other task as requested by the management team

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Master’s degree in the relevant field
• Proven experience of a minimum 1 year as a subject teacher or similar role in a school or +2 setting (freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the subject matter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a team
• Cordial relationships with students and parents
