Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Study Abroad Counselor to guide students through the entire process of studying abroad, from course selection to admission guidance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong counselling abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized guidance to students seeking to study abroad.
Assess students’ academic background, interests, and career goals.
Guide students through the application process, including documentation and deadlines.
Advise students on visa applications, scholarships, and financial planning.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars on studying abroad.
Maintain strong relationships with universities and education partners.
Stay updated with international education trends and policies.

Note: Salary is based on the candidate's experience and skills.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in education, International Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior experience in student counseling or education consultancy is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes is desirable.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
