Job Description

We are seeking a Study Abroad Counselor to provide expert guidance and support to students aspiring to study overseas. The counsellor will play a key role in assisting students with course selection, application procedures, visa guidance, and pre-departure preparations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-friendly approach, and a solid understanding of international education systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and their families regarding study options in countries such as Germany, France, Poland, Malta, Spain, and others.
Assist students with university/course selection based on academic background, interests, and career goals.
Guide students through the entire application and documentation process, including SOPs, LORs, resumes, and online applications.
Provide comprehensive support for visa applications, interview preparation, and compliance with embassy requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, embassies, and other stakeholders.
Conduct follow-ups with students to track application progress and address any concerns.
Participate in and support education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
Maintain detailed and organized student records in the company CRM or database.
