Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Counselor - Canada to guide students through the process of applying to Canadian educational institutions. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, personalized counseling, and support students in achieving their academic goals abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to students interested in studying in Canada
Assist with university/college selection based on student profile
Guide students through application and admission procedures
Support students in visa documentation and interview preparation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian education systems and immigration policies
Coordinate with partner institutions and follow up on applications
Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure student satisfaction

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Prior experience in study abroad counseling (Canada preferred)
Strong knowledge of Canadian education and visa processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: Rs. 50,000 – 90,000 per month
Attractive incentive structure based on successful conversions Rs. 60,000 – 70,000
Performance-based earnings potential beyond the base salary
