Student Services Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Student Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring a respectful environment. This role involves close interaction with students, parents, and staff, and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome students to the school.
• Interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Maintain discipline and a positive school culture.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to school rules.
• Attend school events and meetings as needed.
• Ensure the school transportation services is smooth and effective.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the management and the head of student services.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and able to handle sensitive incidents.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Freshers with willingness to work in progressive environment.
