Job Description

  • Answer phones and screen/direct calls
  • Schedule meetings
  • Contact students regarding non-attendance and student fees.
  • Computer literacy and skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Monitor student progress, provide guidance, and address any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Take a prominent role within the Student Services team with enrolments and inquiries.
  • Helping students with questions and problems and/or leading them to the correct department
  • Prepare regular reports on enrolment, student performance, and campus activities for management review
  • Devise a strategy for effective management delivery of new courses on the scope will be able to handle all documentation and process requirements for student, trainer, location and classroom allocation within the timeline.
  • Take responsibility for communication with international students, partner colleges, and education agents during the admission process
  • Processing a variety of administrative requests
  • Working with respective managers, supporting students on-campus by advising on aspects such as cultural acclimatization and general academic issues.
  • Ability to perform their role autonomously and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
