About the job

Job Location: Remote (Ideally you will be based in Kathmandu, Nepal and able to travel with ease)

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 NPR per month depending on the experience

Candidate profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Recruitment Officer whose main duties will involve sourcing agents/B2B partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing relationships with educational agents and institutions. We have a separate Applications Submission team, and you will assist them on a smaller scale.

Student Recruitment Officer

  • Identify, engage, and establish relationships with educational agents and B2B partners through fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
  • We will consider applicants who have represented an institution directly (located anywhere in the world) or with significant agency experience where you have managed a sub-network of agents
  • Phone and email follow-up with prospective agents/ direct students
  • Manage your agents'/students' application portfolios through regular follow-up.
  • End-to-end support in documentation and visa processing

Essential skills:

  • Experience in using Excel and Word
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English required to communicate with the universities directly and attend virtual/face-to-face meetings
  • University Graduate and at least 2 years of experience in the student recruitment industry/ overseas education recruitment agency/consultancy
  • The position requires an excellent understanding, and ideally experience of the UK higher education sector, either as a student or professionally, along with a proven ability to engage with prospective students, recruitment agencies, schools, colleges and universities, business and professional organisations.

Working schedule: 40 hours per week
