Job Summary 

The Student Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating the successful placement of students from Ambition Guru College into suitable roles within Ambition Guru Pvt. Ltd. This position requires an individual with strong communication, counselling, and coordination skills, capable of guiding students in their career development while serving as a liaison between the college, students, parents, and the company.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and manage the overall student placement process at Ambition Guru College. 
• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students regarding career planning, employment opportunities, and professional development. 
• Organize placement-related events, workshops and training sessions on job application procedures, interview techniques, and workplace readiness. 
• Communicate effectively with parents to address inquiries and provide updates on student placement progress. 
• Liaise with various departments within the company to identify and align suitable job opportunities for students. 
• Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement activities, and outcomes. 
• Provide post-placement follow-up and gather feedback for continuous improvement of the placement process.
