Your Role
Australian College is looking for a Student Engagement and Support Officer to support our existing government-funded students.
This role is focused on helping students stay connected, motivated and on track to complete their course.
You will contact students regularly by phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp to:
This is a student-focused role where your work directly contributes to student engagement, course progression and successful completion.
The right person will have excellent English communication skills, including clear and easily understood spoken English, as most of the role involves direct communication with students in Australia.
