Handle Enquiries: Provide information as per the requirements of the enquirer through different modes of communication; Face to Face support, telephone, e-mails and SMS.
Provide detailed information regarding Mode of education, University, programs on offer, Admission procedure, Fee structure and Mode of Payment.
Assist during admissions process
Provide support to enrolled students: Dissemination of all post admissions related information
Plan and execute events as per the academic calendar of the institution
Assist in Value Added Services provided by the University / Center to the Students
