Student Counsellor

Objectives of the role

• Counsel students about their educational prospects abroad based on their unique circumstances 
• Researching plans, policies and industry-related issues to provide accurate and valuable information 
• Assist the team by preparing the required legal documents 
• Liaise with educational institutions in Australia for the offer letter process 

Responsibilities 

• Provide guidance and assist the students regarding the academic opportunities in Australia.
• Shortlisting the educational institutes best suiting the unique circumstances of the client.
• Attend to client’s queries by providing them with useful and accurate information
• Remain updated with Australian policies and regulations  
• Communicate effectively with clients and admission officers in Australia 
• Aid in preparing the required legal documents 
• Prepare, check and lodge offer applications
• Prepare, check and lodge Genuine Temporary Entrant documents
• Assist in preparing Statements for application purposes. 
• Coordinate with the team members to meet the deadlines.
• Communicate and cooperate with clients and colleagues to understand the different cases and their prerequisites.
• Understanding the individuality of the situation and creating documents to justify the critical nature of the situation at hand.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans across various platforms.
