Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Australia Counselor will be responsible for advising students who wish to pursue higher education in Australia. The role involves guiding students in selecting suitable courses and institutions, assisting with application procedures, and supporting visa processing while ensuring a smooth and professional counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to students interested in studying in Australia
Assist in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and career pathways
Guide students through application and admission processes
Support documentation, visa filing, and interview preparation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian education systems and visa policies
Build strong relationships with students and partner institutions
Ensure excellent service standards and student satisfaction

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Prior experience in education counseling (Australia-focused preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Australian universities and visa procedures
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
