Job Description

A Student Counsellor (SC) is responsible for identifying prospective student sources, developing strategies to reach prospective students, and screening, enrolling, and counseling students within the Academy's guidelines in order to meet enrollment goals. SC must always execute while keeping in mind that Incessant Rain Academy is an inclusive company.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify sources of prospective students
Develop strategies to reach prospective students
Screen, enroll and counsel students following the Academy's guidelines
Achieve enrollment goals
Feed systems to record information about student sourcing, screening, enrollment and counseling
Regularly report to the management and the leadership
