Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of Student affairs including management of attendance grooming, academic performance, examinations, logistics & data management
• Answer telephone enquiries, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries
• Manage files, records and documents
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
• Perform multifaceted general office support duties
